What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee executive travel and expense policies, ensuring efficient management of travel arrangements
- Provide high-touch, customized travel support for executives and key stakeholders, addressing any travel-related issues in real-time
- Proactively communicate travel program changes and ensure a positive travel experience through excellent customer service
- Manage vendor relations, including aircraft security and Fixed Based Operators at airports
- Ensure compliance with internal and external travel policies and monitor global travel regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing high-touch executive travel support
- Proficient in travel management software and tools
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure cost-effective travel solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- FAA flight dispatcher certificate
- Experience implementing or managing expense reporting systems
