What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Solve complex business challenges through well-designed, scalable solutions
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with business partners
- Author proposals and solutions for new capabilities to support development activities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
- Post-implementation admin training, adoption monitoring, and backlog management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Salesforce.com Certification, preferably in Platform App Builder or Platform Developer
- Experience delivering Salesforce.com automation and custom features, with 3+ transformative initiatives preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud configuration, Flow Configuration, and Data Loader
- Familiarity with SOQL, Talend, HTML, Apex, Javascript, and Salesforce optimization tools
- Experience supporting SaaS/subscription business implementations preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA, and Project Management tools
- Familiarity with Platform Events, Sandbox Management, DevOps, and SFDC Analytics
- Proficiency in mobile integration and Outlook Integration with Salesforce
