What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, deliver, and refine key features in Salesforce.com to support business needs
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and ensure thorough coverage of user stories
- Analyze current processes and create key project artifacts, including data models and automation specs
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative options, flows, and Apex
- Provide post-implementation training and support to ensure successful adoption of solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Salesforce.com Certification, preferably as Platform App Builder or Platform Developer
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com automation, leading 3+ transformative initiatives
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud configuration, Flow configuration, and Data Loader
- Familiarity with SOQL queries and Salesforce's database structure
- Experience in SaaS/subscription business implementations preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to tools such as JIRA, Marketing Cloud, and DevOps
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and Apex programming languages
- Experience with third-party integrations and data governance best practices
