      The Role

      Veeva Link’s vision is to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes. To help our data operations team grow, we are looking for a team lead that owns the initial training of newly hired data curators from all across the world.
      During your onboarding, you will learn how our world-class data operation works by studying our operating model and process documentation and talking to your key stakeholders. Then you will quickly take on the responsibility of leading your team. You will be responsible for aligning with other teams on their training needs, handling the onboarding and offboarding of candidates, and improving our training materials, all while growing your team. To reach your ambitious targets, you will improve your operation, for example, by developing the concept for an e-learning platform and managing its complete implementation, including its setup and roll-out.       What You'll Do

      • Design innovative training materials and process documentation for all Link streams 30+
      • Maintain training materials; ensure they are kept up to date in line with production changes and needs
      • Ensure a great onboarding experience for new data curators; focus on efficiency and quality
      • Provide high-quality training during new curators' first two weeks
      • Launch and manage a learning management system
      • Optimise training team model to support training 100 new data curators per week
      • Analyze training data and key performance indicators
      • Ensure that only qualified data curators transfer to their target teams
      • Minimize 3-month churn
      • Manage our CMS Vault for data operations, including SOPs and tutorials
      • Lead a team of 20 training coordinators

      Requirements

      • 2+ years of experience working in learning and development and/or delivering in-house production training
      • 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects; Working with autonomy on projects involving multiple stakeholders from different teams
      • 1+ years of content creation and management experience (e.g., learning materials, SOPs)
      • Experience using content management systems
      • Experience launching and working with e-learning platforms
      • Experience in process optimization

      Nice to Have

      • University degree related to business (e.g., business administration, organizational psychology)
      • Operations management experience (including onboarding of new hires)
      • Experience teaching classes of adults with mixed cultural backgrounds (i.e., cross-cultural communication)
      • First leadership experience (including volunteering and extracurricular activities)
      • Experience setting KPIs and reporting to leadership
