What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and lead the development of business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to guide business activity
- Monitor database reporting systems performance and resolve data-related issues
- Implement technical and process changes to improve database operations
- Act as a subject matter expert on Power BI and mentor other colleagues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of seven years of data-related or analytical work experience
- Experience building BI solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Intermediate to advanced SQL/T-SQL experience
- Ability to manipulate data and perform required analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance industry experience
- Intermediate skills in MS Azure tools such as Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent
