- Performance Analysis and Reporting: You will work with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting.
- Model Building: You will coordinate with our technology and data team to build and maintain various models used to project business results and enhance the models where there is business value in adjustments.
- Accuracy and Integrity: You will ensure analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity, explain performance drivers, and provide data-driven insights into performance trends
- Forecasting Models: You will create, execute, and maintain forecasting models, and articulate the underlying assumptions and inter-workings of the models used to create the forecasts.
- Communication: You will communicate findings to various stakeholders and leadership with recommendations for actions to address business changes, trends, and issues.
- Data/Analytics Systems: You will evaluate, design, test, and maintain data/analytics systems and make recommendations for new tools and system enhancements.
- Data Maintenance: You will ensure owned data sets are managed within our systems to ensure all data is accurate, complete, and current.
- Automated Reporting Solutions: You will collaborate with business partners to develop, test, and deploy complex automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
- Governance and Communication: You will develop and define standard analytics and reporting governance and communication, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Additional Assignments: You may be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based on your skills, achievements, or experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis or data modeling or data mining.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing software tools to query and report data.
- Demonstrated experience with a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.
- Demonstrated experience communicating/presenting complex and independent concepts based on various data sources to drive unbiased fact-based decision-making and optimize financial performance and departmental efficiency.

We are excited to welcome a Lead Data Analyst to our dynamic Procurement team! In this role, you will provide essential analytics services supporting our Procurement Category Management and Process Transformation functions. You will develop new insights and understand business performance based on data and statistical methods. You will analyze business results, external market dynamics, and other data sources to assess trends, develop actionable insights, and provide data-driven strategy recommendations. Your deep understanding of vendor category management and procurement workflows, and the information available for analysis will be key to driving our strategic initiatives forward.Position Compensation Range:
$95,000.00 - $161,000.00Pay Rate Type:
SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
