What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the data entry team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality data management
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry goals
- Review and validate data entered by team members for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Conduct training sessions for new data entry team members, ensuring they understand data entry processes and quality standards
- Track and analyze data entry productivity and quality metrics, implementing strategies to optimize team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in healthcare-related data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in a leadership role within a data entry or administrative team
- Familiarity with data management best practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various departments
