      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure management of data and data risks to achieve discoverability, consistency, quality, and protection
      - Track and report on requirements associated with managing data on the employer's platforms, remediating any gaps
      - Evangelize and enforce data processes throughout the data lifecycle, including classification, access, risk, and reporting
      - Participate in data-focused projects, providing a data management perspective
      - Communicate and collaborate with Data Analytics and business partners to resolve data management opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in data management, data governance, or a related field
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing data governance standards and practices
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
      - Extensive experience leading complex projects with a focus on data management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of data management platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
      - Experience working within agile and product frameworks
      - Expert interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to educate and persuade stakeholders on data management needs
      - Demonstrated passion for working with data and driving positive change
