What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to conduct end-to-end analysis, including data gathering and presentations
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage multiple priorities, communicating business performance and project progress to management
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, or related areas
- Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Physical ability to primarily remain in a stationary position in an office setting
