What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to conduct end-to-end analysis and deliver presentations to leadership
- Establish and maintain performance tracking, identifying improvement opportunities and designing tests for strategy enhancement
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate business performance to management and partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights and facilitate implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data science methodologies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate office equipment and manage tasks in a primarily stationary position

- Master’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
