What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to conduct end-to-end analysis and deliver presentations of findings
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate project progress to management and business partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Experience with data gathering and analysis methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with prescriptive analytics and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with financial impact analysis and design of experiments
- Knowledge of office equipment and software, including reporting tools and dashboards
- Proven track record of delivering effective presentations to leadership
