What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations
- Establish and maintain performance tracking to identify improvement opportunities and implement tests for strategy enhancement
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate business performance and project progress to management and business partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science, or a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Proficient in operating office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with statistical analysis, test and design of experiments, and financial impact analysis
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to create visual displays of quantitative information
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects effectively
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices
