What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics to solve business problems using techniques such as customer segmentation and machine learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to conduct end-to-end analysis, including data gathering and presentation of findings
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing tests to enhance strategies
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate business performance and project progress to management and business partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale and ensure accuracy in deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience in statistical analysis and data modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Proficiency in office equipment operation, including computers and telecommunication devices

- Experience with prescriptive analytics and recommendation algorithms
- Familiarity with performance tracking and optimization methodologies
- Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment
