What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms, to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to perform end-to-end analysis, including data gathering and presentation of findings
- Establish and maintain effective performance tracking, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing tests
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate business performance to management and business partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form
- Proficiency in operating office equipment such as computers and printers
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
