What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms to address business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to conduct end-to-end analyses and deliver insights through effective presentations
- Establish and maintain performance tracking systems to identify improvement opportunities and propose tests for strategy enhancement
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate business performance and project progress to management and business partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, or Modeling/Data Science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate office equipment, including computers and printers
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations
