• Experience leading a Java-oriented developer team, including daily guidance as well as long-term HR management
• Expertise in building integration solution with APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines.
• Expertise in Java
• Experience with Git , JIRA , Docker and J enkins
• Experience with BI Tools, ETL/ELT, Kubernetes , TCK or Eclipse RCP is a plus.
• E xcellent analytics mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English , especially for technical documentation.
• Tech savvy with the a bility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
