What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of applications
- Identify gaps in requirements, solve problems, and manage project risks
- Support the Project Manager as the technical team lead, estimating costs and conferring with clients
- Manage technical resources and plan transformation initiatives to new software architectures
- Ensure code quality and compliance with development standards and practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software design and development, software test and evaluation, and software requirements management
- Salesforce development experience, including front-end web development and LWC/Apex
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Azure) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration/delivery processes
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
