What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate, design, develop, and optimize manufacturing assets and supporting processes
- Support safety initiatives by adhering to safety procedures and guidelines

- Lead assigned projects/tasks to meet unit objectives and corporate policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or operational roles
- Experience with manufacturing control systems, including PLCs, variable speed motor drives, and HMI systems
- Demonstrated competency in design and/or use of engineering/scientific analysis tools
- Commitment to personal development and continuous improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Background in a variety of technical assignments within manufacturing
