What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead electrical engineering projects, ensuring successful completion of deliverables within scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Define project scope and deliverables, including calculations, specifications, and design changes
- Develop project cost estimates and schedules for electrical modifications at nuclear power plants
- Provide technical oversight for all electrical engineering activities and coordinate with other disciplines
- Interface with clients to validate project scope and ensure satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of electrical engineering systems for nuclear power plants
- At least 3 years of experience in leading an engineering design group through all phases of a project
- Proficiency in electrical system design, including low and medium voltage distribution systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PE license is preferred
- Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead engineering role
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Capable of being badged for unescorted access to a nuclear station
