      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze human capital, workforce, and employee relations data to create actionable insights and analytical solutions
      - Develop and present reports and data analytics findings to support decision-making
      - Maintain oversight of the Ethics Hotline, ensuring proper use and data integrity
      - Communicate system updates and make proactive recommendations for improvements related to the Ethics Hotline
      - Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams on various projects and initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience required, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, HRIS, or related fields
      - Minimum of 4+ years of work experience required
      - 2+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related experience preferred
      - Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
      - Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data wrangling, workflows, and automation (e.g., SQL)
      - Skills in gaining insights from data
      - Previous experience in training multinational audiences on HR-related topics
