      Job Description

      The Executive Recruiting team at U.S. Bank has a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Recruiter. The Lead Executive Recruiter will join a team of Recruiters that support the Enabling Functions business, including Legal, Audit, Risk/Compliance, Human Resources, Digital, Technology and Operations. In this role, you’ll partner with various HR functions (talent management, compensation, talent consultants and Heads of HR) and with Sr. Executives to enable their business through talent (internal and external). This role works closely with a Talent Intelligence and Executive Engagement specialists who are dedicated to support of Executive hiring.

      Lead Executive Recruiters at U.S. bank typically focus select, priority searches for our most senior roles. This role manages the candidate experience and hiring leader experience throughout the process. In this role, you’ll handle complex compensation and offer packages. U.S. Bank aims to attract and hire the best talent in the market, in this role, you’ll help with that mission.

      What you can expect in this role:

      • Partner with internal senior leaders to obtain a clear view of the business lines strategic objectives

      • Network and build long-lasting internal and external relationships

      • Create and lead sourcing strategies

      • Research competitors and markets to maintain competitive advantage in attracting key top talent

      • Track and identify passive talent

      • Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate candidate aptitude

      • Lead confidential searches and conduct key interviews

      • Serve as a trusted partner to sr. leaders and subject matter expert on recruiting tactics

      • Lead candidate negotiations and guide hiring leaders through the interview process and onboarding

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

      • Typically has eight or more years of recruiting experience

      Preferred Skills/Experience:

      • Must have experience with executive recruitment, strong preference for candidates with both Agency and Corporate recruitment experience

      • Experience recruiting Digital and/or technology talent is ideal

      • Executive presence, communication – verbal and written, presentations skills

      • Strong business acumen

      • Financial services or a highly regulated industry experience is preferred

      • HR technology experience (i.e. Bullhorn, Avature, Thrive), LinkedIn

      • Demonstrated experience handling highly complex offers

      • Considerable diplomacy skills

      • Attention to detail

      Location: Role will be hybrid in posted locations. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

      The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $116,280.00 - $136,800.00 - $150,480.00
