What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Conduct foundational and evaluative user research activities, analyzing data to uncover actionable insights
- Communicate complex research findings through compelling stories, reports, and presentations for diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers and researchers to enhance human-centered design thinking
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to translate research data into actionable recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of professional experience in user experience research, product research, usability testing, or similar fields
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in human-computer interaction, ethnography, psychology, or a related field
- Experience managing a roadmap of user research projects across multiple related domains
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strong project management abilities to independently scope and execute projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Advanced quantitative research expertise
- Experience in complex and/or highly regulated industries such as healthcare
- Skilled in synthesizing data from various sources to inform decision-making
- Proactive in building and maintaining networks with cross-functional partners
