What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare financial analysis reports and manage the quarterly AL model, preferably with Empyrean experience
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure the integrity of information in the AL model
- Coordinate with senior management for the preparation of internal management reports
- Lead the bank's Annual Stress Test and prepare relevant Board Reports
- Review and implement process improvements and additional controls as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
- 3 to 6 years of general experience in finance or accounting
- Advanced knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and GAAP
- Experience with financial products and SEC reporting
- Strong skills in preparing financial management reports and analyzing financial information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Empyrean AL model
- Certification in Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
