What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Book 2-3 appointments daily with the appropriate decision makers.
- Build relationships and excitement for services while educating potential customers.
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to new clients in the B2B space.
- Find creative solutions to reach decision makers and ensure successful outcomes.
- Efficiently enter accurate and detailed records of client interactions while multitasking client calls.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, tele-sales, telemarketing, or a similar role requiring calling experience.
- Strong communication skills and excellent technology skills.
- Resilience, self-motivation, grit, and passion for the company's mission.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite and HubSpot.

- Experience in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry or similar sectors.
- Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions.
