What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all phases of the program management lifecycle, including scope, schedules, risks, and resource tracking for both Agile and waterfall programs
- Oversee project/program managers and cross-functional programs, ensuring processes and workflows align with key initiatives
- Organize teams across business and technology, facilitating communication and mediation among stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve conflict/integration issues, planning accordingly to mitigate risks
- Coach and mentor less experienced project managers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 10 or more years of business or industry experience, with 8+ years in program management
- Significant experience implementing healthcare insurance business applications and products
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex group dynamics and influence stakeholders at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP and Agile certification preferred
- Experience in a matrix-management environment
- Strong negotiating and advocacy skills
- Ability to present technical information effectively to diverse audiences
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional high-level initiatives
