      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst as a part of the Identity and Access Management Governance team. This team is responsible for supporting IAM program to lead business review meetings and councils to ensure oversight of IAM program risk through the risk governance routines. Establishing stakeholder engagement framework and management of key communications. This role will be focused on supporting multiple functions within the IAM Governance & Business enablement team, playing a critical role in maturing the organization and driving structure and discipline across the organization.


      In this role, you will:

      • Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.
      • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
      • Facilitate Governance routine meetings and may be responsible for planning and facilitation of other events as needed.
      • Act as a Lead Information Security Analyst driving initiative performance; develop and create communications related to Initiative status and performance for key stakeholders and senior management.
      • Conduct business execution, end-to-end Initiative Implementation, and strategic planning
      • Work with teams to develop strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique business challenges that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
      • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
      • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
      • Establish and manage end-to-end delivery timelines for complex, cross-product initiatives, programs, and projects spanning multiple teams/lines of business.


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 5+ years of risk and compliance experience.
      • 5+ years of policy governance experience.
      • 3+ years of issue management experience.
      • 3+ years of technology business risk and controls experience.


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies, including Information Security Frameworks, Standards, and best practices
      • Identity and Access Management experience
      • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, including at the executive level
      • Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures
      • Knowledge and understanding of information security strategy, risk assessments, architecture, and governance
      • Knowledge and understanding of threat analysis and assessment of potential and current information security risk/threats
      • Significant experience with Identity and Access Management concepts such as authentication, authorization, application security, privacy and consent management, regulatory compliance, multi-factor authentication, federation, and risk management
