- Good understanding of various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile Methodology.
- In-depth knowledge of MDM data model.
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of IBM Infosphere MDM Advanced Edition development platform and implementation skills.
- Good understanding on OCTA and security.
- Strong Experience with Service Oriented Architecture techniques (JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD, XPath).
- Responsible for applying MDM strategies, requirements, and policies aligned to the business vision, and leading MDM functional implementation.
- At least 10 years of experience in leading MDM implementations.
- Strong in SQL and experience in IBM Infosphere MDM.
- Excellent business communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- The role will focus on working alongside our business areas to provide solution support for the Master Data Management (MDM) program functionality.
- Design and Develop customizations for the currently implemented MDM Product.
- Matching Engine tuning and development practices.
- Work with team members to develop technical designs to meet business requirements.
- Experience with IBM MQ topic, subscription on WebSphere MQ Explorer.
- Experience in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile Methodology and followed JIRA sessions.
- Experience with CI /CD environment by using Maven / GIT / Bamboo / Jenkins / Urban code.
- Design and develop multiple Restful API (JSON) services by using Spring Boot.
- Design and develop synchronized publish/subscribe model by using IBM message topic.
- Experience in performance monitoring and debugging with tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Generating different analytical reports.
- Experience on data analytics, data profiling, data cleansing and maintaining quality data.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
LabCorp is looking for a strong MDM Developer / Analyst to support the Customer, Patient and Product business domains. The role will focus on working alongside our business areas to provide solution support for the Master Data Management (MDM) program functionality. You must have data/master data experience, be used to working in ambiguous/complex programs, and have polished people and stakeholder engagement skills.
The MDM developer will be responsible for assessing requirements and designing and implementing successful Master Data Management solutions that comprise data cleansing, data ingestion pipelines, business process workflow, data matching & de-duplication, and standardization. You will work with a team to create a robust, sustainable, and flexible design and contribute towards technical delivery using a agile delivery framework.
The Master Data Analyst should understand both technical and functional design and bring perspective from process, application, integration, data, technology, and security together into an overall solution design of Master Data Management capabilities.

Pay Range: $95,550 – 158,484 annual salary
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
