      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide staffing for care partners to ensure adequate support
      - Demonstrate computer efficiency to manage scheduling and reporting
      - Coordinate workflow effectively to enhance operational efficiency
      - Assist with the organization and preparation of office projects
      - Prepare accurate and timely reports as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Availability to work 40 hours a week during after hours and weekends
      - Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred
      - Minimum of one year of data entry, word processing, and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment
      - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with homecare scheduling practices
      - Additional experience in a healthcare or medical customer service role
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
