What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate, report, and monitor all aspects pertaining to Pharmacy Network auditing services
- Conduct desktop and onsite audits for pharmacies within the Pharmacy Network in accordance with relevant standards
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding standard monitoring measures and auditing procedures
- Assess risks in pharmacy audit assignments, draft and communicate audit findings, and collaborate with pharmacy management to resolve issues
- Analyze claims data for potential investigations or contractual breaches by network pharmacies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of PBM experience required
- Pharmacy audit experience required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician or Registered Pharmacist required
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Current Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) Certification preferred
- Certified Fraud Examiner preferred
- Experience with presenting and/or training
- Knowledge of standard audit practices
