What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions
- Collaborate with internal key partners and technology team to design and configure security in Workday
- Determine organization and security management requirements and implement best practices
- Provide consultative guidance on security and controls projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand business drivers and scope projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies
- Experience with implementing and integrating with Workday HCM for a Fortune 500 enterprise
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in a hybrid cloud environment
- Expertise in design and implementation with technologies such as Active Directory/Azure AD, CyberArk, etc.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated expertise with IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, or EntraID
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tools and methodologies
- CISSP, CCSP, CISA, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications nice to have
