What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead procurement execution for medium to high criticality sourcing events, including developing supplier lists and issuing RFPs
- Manage contract life-cycle and ensure compliance through effective contract administration
- Conduct research and develop sourcing strategies for assigned items while maintaining supplier relationships
- Facilitate bidder conferences and evaluate proposals to support source selection processes
- Mentor and oversee procurement personnel, providing guidance and support in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in procurement
- Experience sourcing engineering products and managing supplier relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Ability to travel occasionally, up to 25% as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in large industrial construction procurement and multiple industrial market sectors
- Prior experience interfacing with client and engineering entities
- Familiarity with digital document approval platforms like DocuSign and Adobe Sign
- Experience creating document templates and workflows
