What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead procurement activities for medium to high criticality sourcing events and manage contract life-cycle administration
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including issuing RFP packages and conducting bidder conferences
- Perform commercial analysis of proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance
- Mentor and oversee junior procurement team members while providing support to the Project Procurement Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in procurement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital document approval platforms
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in large industrial construction procurement
- Familiarity with multiple industrial market sectors
- Previous experience interfacing with clients and engineering teams
- Experience creating document templates and workflows in platforms like DocuSign and Adobe Sign
