What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in strategic roadmap planning and maintain alignment across teams
- Work with Engineering teams to design services that enhance digital and service-led health experiences
- Lead a 3-5 member team of product managers
- Identify opportunities to improve member wellbeing through program performance measurement
- Redefine and implement Rewards and Redemption strategy to support member health outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years working as a product manager in an agile software development environment
- Domain experience in digital wellbeing, health, or healthcare products preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working in Product Management with at least 3 years as a Lead Product Manager
- Experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews, and conversion funnels preferred
- Knowledgeable in SaaS software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with product design, service design, and/or design thinking
- Experience with consumer and employee software, especially in healthcare or wellbeing
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- User-centered, data-driven approach with experience in product-led organizations
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
