What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product strategy development and execution for Customer Success and Renewals across multiple features and cross-functional teams
- Define and track success metrics to assess product performance
- Conduct end-user interviews to gather feedback and prioritize features for the product roadmap
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with data delivery teams
- Mentor and coach Data Analysts and Engineers while fostering leadership behaviors during times of change
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in transforming customer success and renewals with data and analytics
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS business operations and leading organizational change
- Proven experience with data governance processes for SaaS business metrics and policy implementations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop concepts and theories by connecting data across business domains
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Background in advanced analytics
- Customer Success and renewals acumen with strong communication skills for data storytelling
