What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive quality and reliability efforts for all enterprise software-based solutions
- Establish and manage Agile-based testing standards across the team
- Review all test-related deliverables for completion and accuracy, providing feedback as necessary
- Partner with development teams to proactively identify and eliminate issues before they impact customers
- Create and monitor application performance metrics to identify potential problem areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 10+ years of experience in software development, testing, and/or technical support
- Strong interest in technology and ability to translate technical terms to appropriate audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of engineering science and technology principles, techniques, and procedures
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of U.S. employment authorization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Azure DevOps, SQL, and C#
