What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing coaching and support to recruiters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial services, particularly Wholesale and Consumer banking
- At least 3+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools
- Proven experience in building targeted diversity recruitment strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading a team
- Project management experience or experience running large projects
- Preferred certifications in Sourcing and Human Resources (e.g., CIR, SHRM)
- Strong brand and social media skills for creating and launching recruitment campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with diversity and community organizations
