What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a leader in Talent Acquisition, mentoring and coaching recruiters
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to define hiring forecasts and strategies
- Develop and implement comprehensive search strategies to attract diverse talent
- Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates through various sourcing methods
- Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in banking and financial services strongly preferred
- At least 3+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools
- Proven experience working with Talent Acquisition systems and processes required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading a team preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in strategic development and building recruitment strategies
- Proven success in building targeted diversity recruitment strategies
- Preferred certifications in Sourcing and Human Resources (e.g., CIR, SHRM)
- Project management experience or experience running large projects preferred
