What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead overall architecture, design, and development of end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Maintain the Core Application Development Practices guide
- Serve as an escalation point for technical questions or issues among team members
- Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and coding standards
- Collaborate with project managers and solution leads to create project roadmaps and technical specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 9+ years as a Salesforce developer with at least 3 years in a lead role on Sales, Service, Health, and Experience clouds
- Proven ability to lead teams of developers and manage a complex CRM environment
- Strong knowledge of custom Salesforce development, including Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- MS in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Platform Developer I and II certification preferred
- Familiarity with public clouds like Azure or AWS
- Experience managing large multilingual patient portals on Salesforce
- Experience supporting or working with a Commercial organization in a regulated industry
