What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engineer next-generation products and services on the Salesforce platform
- Analyze business problems and capture/document business requirements
- Collaborate with the team to design, create, maintain, and enhance reusable components
- Manage ongoing support requests and user administrative needs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint demos and daily scrums

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or closely related area
- Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible IT experience or Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of Salesforce.com development experience using Lightning Flows and Lightning Components
- 2 years of Salesforce solutioning/architecture experience
- Certification as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Flosum Certified Professional

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Apex classes, triggers, and version control solutions (BitBucket or Git)
- Familiarity with Omni Channel, Live Agent Chat, and Embedded Services
- Knowledge of Docusign Apps Launcher and Marketing Cloud application management
- Experience in creating HTML email templates and working with Salesforce data models
- Understanding of release management and code migration processes
