What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate business requests to assess feasibility and recommend software development solutions
- Gather, interpret, and document business and functional requirements to support product development
- Use SQL queries for gap/risk analysis and functional testing of products
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on new tasks
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must reside in St. Louis, MO or the immediate surrounding area
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience and 3 years of SQL experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience leading projects from requirements gathering to execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with rental applications and Agile methodology or KANBAN
- Familiarity with SQL on Teradata, Oracle, and/or SQL Server
- Knowledge of API requirements analysis and design
- Willingness to learn new cloud technologies
