What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance on systems design and strategic planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of extensive software development experience, particularly in cloud-native applications
- 3+ years of experience in designing and maintaining larger-scale distributed applications, ideally with Azure
- Proven backend application development experience using Python and familiarity with containerization and CI/CD tools
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional programming languages such as C#, C++, or Java
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, particularly in model hosting and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Knowledge of the legal industry
