Analyzes trends and growth targets, providing detailed feedback to the CFO and Sales Leaders.
Drives achievement of the Sales Plan by analyzing the performance of the sales channel and sales team.
Develops strategies for improving effectiveness.
Provides insight on the Sales Customer Base sales projects and client revenue that will drive the sales team to react faster and to be more proactive.
Design and provide reporting to the sales teams to ensure that they have the information needed to make informed decisions and facilitate continual process improvements.
Considered subject matter expert within the discipline.
Manages highly complex work and provides strategic direction that is critical to the organization.
Works without supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
May lead less experienced peers.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
