- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience with an Enterprise level Identity Access Management tool, like Sailpoint, Oracle (OIM), IBM Security Identity Manager, among others
- 3+ years of Agile/Scrum product development/delivery experience
- 5+ years of experience with Web Services
- 5+ years of experience managing Management tools connections/integrations to multiple database platforms (MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
- 3+ years of experience implementing changes, and strong knowledge of Wells Fargo change management process
- Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
- Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
- Advanced scripting skills specifically around automation, log rotation, data collection, error collection and alerting
- Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
- Basic Understanding of Java
- Exposure to Windows and Linux Servers
- Experience with IAM Product certifications
- Professional Cyber Security certifications – Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Systems Consultant – IAM to lead business and use case analysis of Identity Access Management platforms . The consultant will engage with stakeholders across the agile/scrum product teams and business units to deliver Identity Access Management solutions. The consultant will partner with stakeholders to resolve identified capability gaps. The team member will translate business requirements for refined technical requirements in an Agile production environment.
