      • HOURS: Full Time
      • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

      This role is responsible for supporting the development of Group Leadership & Team propositions which will be aligned to the Lloyds Banking Group strategy. You will be part of a small team who are responsible for the strategic direction of this specialist function, contributing as a centre of expertise on leadership and teams initiatives. In particular you will deliver outstanding propositions and tech-enabled solutions for Lloyds Banking Group’s most senior leaders, working with innovative and forward thinking leaders.

      Key Accountabilities include:

      • Working across our three Leadership & Team solution areas within the Centre of Expertise (CoE).
      • Supporting the wider Culture & Leadership team as needed.
      • Leadership development & evaluation, including Grow with Purpose bootcamps (events) and associated activity.
      • Executive coaching and Team performance and effectiveness.

      What we need from you!

      • Supports the Head of Leadership and team and senior managers responsible for key propositions at the executive & leadership level, to enable key cultural shifts and develop a strong identity with Group's strategy and purpose.
      • Takes responsibility for designing and personally delivering aspects of our proposition (e.g. virtual and in-person workshops) within the full end-to-end experience for senior leaders at LBG, ensuring they are empowered and supported to: live (and role-model) our values; and lead with purpose and enable healthy working environments and practices, for their own teams and teams throughout the organisation.
      • Ability to carry out requirements gathering & analysis for the leadership population, aligned with business requirements to shape targeted interventions for leadership development, coaching and team health / effectiveness.
      • Manages one of the three key propositions within the Leadership & Team area; Coaching, Leadership Development or Teams - also integrates and connects work across our propositions as required. Takes responsibility for measuring and analysing the performance of existing interventions, and strives towards improvement working with both internal and external partners to design, deliver, test and improve.
      • Works strategically with People Partners, Leaders, other Centres of Excellence teams and the wider Group, to ensure that our leaders become part of our ‘Employee Value Proposition (EVP)’ and integral to the retention of critical talent.
      • Uses external models, research and networks to reinvigorate leadership development, coaching and team effectiveness and effective evaluation methods, to continuously assess and improve our practices.
      • Develops, adapts and measures the success of propositions and initiatives as required, working with colleagues across the business and functions.
      • Supports the delivery of required outcomes for fulfilling 'Consumer Duty', People & Places 'Must Wins', 'Colleague Experiences' and business plans for Leadership and Team.
      • Invests in the growth of personal capabilities.
      • Collaborates with People & Places teams and across the wider business to integrate and align our core propositions.
      • Communicates the importance of our core initiatives to all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of appreciation, celebration and acknowledgment.
      • Presence in any of our hub locations (or elsewhere) will be needed, as and when required to deliver our solutions to our leaders.

      Key:

      • Leadership & Teams proposition delivery - Leads on design, delivery and facilitation of programmes in one of our three Leadership & Team propositions within the Centre of Expertise (CoE) whilst ensuring alignment and integration across propositions (with experience working across the three propositions).
      • Product development & marketing - Works without supervision to understand and champion the customer, balancing business and commercial needs through prioritisation and collaboration with relevant business teams to launch products successfully.
      • Design & systems thinking, Innovation - Creates new and better ways for the organisation to be successful. For example, approaches professional work in unique or innovative ways. Offers original ideas. Appreciates others’ creative ideas and solutions and provides helpful input to enhance them. Works with coaching to create propositions and interventions with awareness of the broader LBG system to improve overall business performance.

      Additional:

      • Project / Events Organisation - Demonstrates the ability to work with guidance to adopt new ways of working, analyse the business requirements, sequence, schedule tasks into a project and report progress toward intermediate targets. The ability to manage events from concept to completion, within scope, budget, timelines and resource constraints. Highly organized, delivering on agreed plans largely independently and proactively raising concerns regarding roadblocks. Working knowledge of the needs of the business to develop effective working relationships with suppliers.
      • Communications & engagement - Understands how to support product and proposition adoption via communications & engagement across varied mediums. Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences and their team. Tailors communication content and style to the needs of others. Pays attention to others’ input and perspectives, asks questions, and summarises to confirm understanding. Adept in producing content for executive-level audiences including PowerPoint presentations.
      • Executive coaching & relationship management - Ability to coach and build strong relationships with executives to deliver customer-centric solutions. Works collaboratively with internal and external networks to deliver for internal customers and all involved communities.
