      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-market, global implementations for enterprise-level projects
      - Foster relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring accountability and participation
      - Maintain deep knowledge of the Sprinklr platform to create effective project plans and workstreams
      - Report and forecast project status accurately to all stakeholders
      - Lead a team focused on quality and excellence in project delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in English
      - 6-8 years of experience in SaaS delivery/deployment or a similar industry
      - Strong stakeholder management experience, including at the executive level
      - Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams without direct supervision
      - Strong knowledge of software development life cycles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in contact center operations and technical configuration with SaaS solutions
      - Familiarity with contact center network, ACD/IVR, dialer, and workforce management software
      - Previous experience managing global (multi-geo/multi-cultural) rollouts
