Your position

Then apply for the job as LEAN Partner at Novo Nordisk Insulin Manufacturing 2 (IM2) in Kalundborg.
Your focus will be to improve the LEAN standards, coach managers, manage projects and take ownership in deploying the LEAN strategy.Your day will consist of:
• Enhancing our LEAN standards and drive continuous improvement on Shopfloor.
• Daily coaching and feedback to managers in production departments and support functions.
• Educate new employees in LEAN fundamentals in API Denmark and API US, in classroom and online.
• Facilitate Systematic problem solving and Process Confirmation with our internal stakeholders.
• Be part of building a diverse and energetic LEAN team.
Required Qualifications
• Strong LEAN toolbox and hands-on shop floor experience.
• Good coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset and practical experience in analyzing data and trends.
• Able to drive optimization projects.
• Bachelors´ degree in a relevant field or minimum 2 years of work experience from a similar industry.
• Fluent in English and Danish.Desired Qualifications
• You have a LEAN way of thinking and use LEAN tools and methodologies as a natural way of working.
• You have experience in handling many stakeholders or project management experience.
Physical & Other Requirements
• Able to work from the Kalundborg Site (Novo Nordisk has a shuttle bus from Odense and Copenhagen to site Kalundborg).
• Opportunity to occasionally be working from home.About the department
As part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organization, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients is responsible for manufacturing all API for Novo Nordisk’s products. You will be assigned to Insulin Manufacturing 2 (IM2), the oldest production area in Kalundborg. IM2 is organizationally placed in Product Supply, which globally address 14,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 43,000 employees. In IM2 we are more than 630 dedicated employees in Kalundborg and we keep on growing.
You will be employed in the team Lean team that currently consists of 4 LEAN Partners dedicated support to the LEAN Culture in Novo Nordisk. In your daily job you will support all of IM2 and play a key role in the LEAN team.Working at Novo Nordisk
