What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement communication plans to facilitate change adoption across the organization
- Create and approve materials supporting change management goals, including training guides and presentations
- Coordinate and resolve scheduling conflicts related to change initiatives to ensure participation
- Assist in managing and controlling large and complex projects and initiatives
- Employ various communication channels to effectively convey changes to the workforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in print or media, marketing, or other relevant fields
- Proven ability to present ideas to large groups effectively
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Bilingual (oral and written) in English and Spanish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, education, or a relevant field
- Experience developing internal communications in a higher education environment
- Background in project management or communication plan development
- Proficiency in MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to large audiences
