      In this role, we are looking for a learning professional to facilitate learning and development solutions to the business, and help build the capability of Sky’s leaders and staff. Continuously improving learning practices which facilitate and encourage blended learning and self-owned development.

      We are looking for a great teammate who is able to respond effectively to a variety of training scenarios, and able to work closely between UK and EU teams to effectively prioritise and deploy training programs based.

      Identify, prioritise and deliver on the learning and development needs for these areas and functions, ensuring alignment to the broader Talent CoE strategy. In this role, you will provide a high quality, comprehensive and professional learning and development solutions.

      What You'll Do:

      • Work with the Learning and Talent teams to build on the blended learning approach and engage with the organisation to look at development of its workforce; and encourage individuals to self-develop.
      • Create and curate development content that is accessible, relevant, and engaging. Able to develop core skills development and deliver face to face or virtually; and work with ‘technical experts’ to assist them in developing learning solutions that are engaging; practical, relevant and meet the needs of learners.
      • Plan, implement, evaluate and analyse training initiatives to develop staff and managers.
      • Take a data driven approach to understanding learning and development gaps and collaborate with CoE teams to innovate on technology learning solutions, feeding back needs, and participating in creation and testing of content.
      • Take action to improve the quality and effectiveness of training.
      • Deal with enquiries for development, ensuring the best solution, benefiting the organisation and individual is achieved; within the constraints of budget.
      • Designing and implementing a number of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
      • To regularly review development offering. Measure and evaluate impact of learning solutions to inform future activity and demonstrate value for money ensuring courses are relevant and support the Sky’s needs.
      • Partner with different stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the quality of training and coaching.

      What You'll Bring:

      • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
      • Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders across different locations.
      • Excellent understanding of the training ecosystem including the latest trends in learning and development.
      • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
      • Strong program management skills.
      • The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities.
      • Assessed performance gaps, analysed learning needs, designed and developed fit for purpose solutions, and evaluated the effectiveness of learning programs.
