What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Program manage the LEAD high-potential development program, overseeing planning, stakeholder engagement, production, execution, data management, and evaluation
- Lead the communications plan for Learning & Development programs and contribute to Compliance Training global communications
- Handle administration and project management for the learning and development governance committee and technology implementations
- Partner with Employee Experience teams to align on outcomes and deliverables for LGR programs
- Lead instructional design projects and manage the external preferred supplier list for program vendors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in an HR or Learning & Development team environment
- Capability and experience as a Learning & Development coordinator or HR Advisor
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft collaboration software (SharePoint, Teams, Forms)
- Intermediate experience with Learning Management Systems and learning software/tools (e.g., Connect, MS Teams)
- Experience in data management and reporting using MS Excel or similar visualization tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau)
