What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess department learning needs by identifying knowledge and performance gaps in consultation with managers and employees
- Design learning program materials for various delivery methods, including e-learning
- Facilitate learning and development content independently and in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Coordinate training sessions in a Learning Management System and prepare learning materials
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning programs and develop means for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or training certification with two (2) to three (3) years of experience in designing and facilitating training
- Intermediate knowledge of medical claims processing for various health plan types
- Experience in needs assessment, coordinating, planning, and evaluating learning programs
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office suite and e-learning authoring software
- Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and ERISA compliance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience
- Experience working with learning technology solutions, including learning management systems
- Understanding of adult learning theory and Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
- Experience in individualized coaching and practical skills training
